KUET International School
KUET International School was established in 2024 by the Kokan Unity Education Trust (KUET) for the sole purpose of bringing quality education to the Mangaon taluka of Raigad District in Maharashtra. The school began operations in July 2024 with Nursery and Lower KG in a rented space at Hurdi Phata just outside Goregaon. The classrooms and office are excellently equipped.
We plan to add one class every year to complete K-12 School. Land has been purchased for a permanent location for the school outside Nandvi village. God Willing, building plan and construction will commence in 2025.
Mission
The mission of KUET International School
The impart quality education with a special focus on STEM. We are committed to serving students with modest financial resources in a rural setting. Our aim is to instill in students the spirit of scientific enquiry from an early age, and to help raise the next generation as citizens of the world who can advance science in the service of humanity.
Our foundational objective is quality education through Problem-Based Learning. This methodology focuses on instilling in children the love of conceptual learning and problem solving that makes education both effective as well as a rewarding experience. The “Problem based learning” methodology has a successful track record, especially in inspiring students to pursue careers in scientific research and technology.

Information
The school was established by the Kokan Unity Education Trust (KUET), which is also the governing body of the school. The trustees who govern the trust make strategic decisions about the school in consultation with TCE. In addition, the Trust seeks the advice of staff and ensures there is open communication with the families whose children are students at the school.
As educational consultants for the school, TCE manages all academic aspects including curriculum, hiring and training of teachers, assessment, etc. KUET management will be responsible for administration, infrastructure and finances.
